Hi, I’m Liz.

I’ve been a builder-leader myself.

From being employee #5 at a startup that scaled to 30+ in 18 months to helping a group of two SMEs grow to 4 entities – setting up all the operations, systems, and processes needed while trying to prove I belonged.

I burned myself out – twice.

Not from a lack of capability, but from the compounding pressure I didn’t know how to navigate effectively.

Since then, I’ve spent the last 5 years obsessed with building sustainable capacity for myself and my clients, so that burnout doesn’t need to be the prize at the end of the ambition rainbow.

And I bring that expertise and operational lens to the work I do with builder-leaders looking to build the same.
